The grant aims to establish 13 new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics to provide integrated mental health and substance use care.
The first year conditional start-up funding of $265,000 was also awarded to 12 other service providers to establish clinics in six upstate counties, four in New York City and two on Long Island.
The latest awards are part of a phased expansion to certify 26 clinics by July 2025.

A Gilesgate-based shop and community facility, Hexham’s Core Music, launches a separate workshop where up to six people will be trained how to repair guitars and make ukuleles. The European Social Fund grant supported the project and has secured funds through the County Durham Communication Foundation to equip the workshop in Burn Lane.
