It's called the Children's Science Congress in India, and more than 350 students from more than 30 schools in the state of Punjab are there to show off their science projects, reports the Times of India.

The goal of the event, organized by the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology in collaboration with the Department of School Education, Punjab, and DAV University, is "to provide opportunity to school science students for understanding societal challenges in their neighborhood through small research projects and suggest scientific solutions for their redressal," says Dr KS Bath, joint director of the PSCST.

Some 150 projects focused on the theme of "ecosystem for health and well-being" and will be evaluated at the district level before moving on to the national level competition in January 2023, reports the Tribune.
