UK's Parliamentary Report on Philanthropy

The researchers of the Institute of Development studies that are working on Bellagio Initiative welcomed UK Parliament's International Development Committee report into private foundations.

IDC concludes that private philanthropy improves lives of some of the world's poorest people but the Department for International Development must do more to engage private foundations in coordinated global efforts for improving aid effectiveness.
